Our Vision:

A committed coalition of citizens that collaborate, advocate, and encourge healthier lifestyles for South Fulton county residents by leveraging resources to reduce illicit drugs in our neighborhoods.

The SAPNET initiative will provide:

1. Community assessment and capacity-building workshops to mobilize faith-based and community organizations focused on youth development and attending problems;
2. Substance abuse prevention and awareness training to community members - youth, parents and other stakeholders;
3. Development of culturally and literacy appropriate information to reach various audiences; and
4. Advocacy for system-level solutions - integration, coordination, policy and practice changes - to impact access to alcohol and tobacco.

Our coalition and its collaborative partnerships are fully equipped to bring attention (and improvement where indicated) to the risk and protective factors, needs, resources and gaps of residents in the most southern communities of Fulton County.
